I used Lindsay on both the buy and sell side. On the sell side, Lindsay was very prepared and organized. She had the appropriate comparisons and had very good ideas on how to increase the appeal of the home within a reasonable budget. The home was a 1950’s ranch in Sandy Springs and was under contract in 8 days. The home was also the highest selling home in the neighborhood for the year for comparable properties.
On the buy side, Lindsay was aware of new properties coming the market and even found me at least one pre-listing. Lindsay gave sound advice on how to properly get the property and was extremely involved in the due diligence process. Lindsay was well networked to provide everything needed through out the buying process.
